1. Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your OriginDrive purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day the contract was concluded (the day of your payment).

2. How to withdraw
To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision with a clear statement, using one of these options:
Online: in Account settings → Billing → Cancel plan, click "Cancel and refund". This is our online withdrawal function, and you receive an email confirmation.
By email: send a message to [email protected], for example using the model form below. You do not have to use the form.
It is enough to send your withdrawal before the 14-day period ends.
3. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we refund all payments received for that purchase, without deduction, no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal. We use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, and you will not be charged any fees for the refund. Your plan ends when the refund is issued. Your files are kept for 30 days after the refund and then deleted, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Because our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee always refunds the full amount, we do not charge for the part of the service you used during the withdrawal period.
